Aspen Design & Build project managed and built my large rear extension with a lot of internal renovations and works in the garden. They have been amazing start to finish and have completed on time and to a very high standard. They have also worked directly with the architect and building regs on new design ideas throughout the project which has been great. All the workers have been professional and tidy. I can definitely recommend this company and will be using them again for all my future building work.
I worked with Aspen on a development in Maidenhead. Whilst I produced the structural design for the project Aspen lead the team in a collaborative way with clarity. Timelines and deliverables were agreed, and the project was delivered as planned. Aspen takes care to bring those involved on the complete journey which builds trust from the outset. I have used Aspen Developments on a few occasions now, they mainly look after my properties in London - ranging from complete renovations of my properties to end of term lets refreshing My experience with Aspen has been a joy, I usually dread working with such companies as I find them to lack transparency, be a pain to organise and require constant check-ins but with Aspen, I got an efficient and friendly service from the outset, with the team always keeping me updated on progress, which is a dream! Aspen always deliver a high quality finish.
Very prompt in replying providing a detailed and comprehensive quote. As we were overseas at the time we needed a firm that we could trust and that would actively project manage the work keeping us well informed. Saqib did an excellent job in this. Communicating to us fully at all times through WhatsApp, email, and video calls. At all stages photos and videos were taken of the work and sent to us so that we could see the progress. At crucial points he gave us options as well as recommendations always willing to discuss and very open to all thoughts and ideas. Through COVID and other complications he drove the work hard, completing the project in the targeted timescales and to a high standard. He was always very friendly, and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would thoroughly recommend Aspen and I will be using them for future renovations.
We've recently used Aspen Developments for a pretty significant refurbishment project in a listed property in West London. Decision was based on the approach of the team, transparent, friendly, attentive, from the initial meeting and consultation visit. Very thorough and professional from the get-go, able to offer advice and guidance around some of the changes we wanted and some of the period and design features we wanted to reinstate which we found were not in other firm's repertoires of their past projects. Very happy with the work, the finish, team were able to accommodate the whole array of works from complete gutting, electrics, plumbing, glass work, timber work and carpentry and where needed found solutions and sensible work arounds for the complications that crop up in any project of significant size. Aspen design and build team were able to help in sourcing some items and due to huge delays in shipping and order fulfilment with suppliers, deciding to go in house and do some bespoke work on fixtures and fittings where needed. I would recommend the team for their combined expertise, high standard of workmanship and overall approach. The ability to stay connected and relate to us as clients was what stood out for us. All the staff on site were very courteous and professional, would leave the place tidy and go over work to check for final finishing which was very important to me. I used Aspen for our project, it was our second move from a flat to a house. We bought a house which required a complete refurbishment, in addition we decided to extend the property to the rear along with a loft conversion. The works took 8 months to complete as the entire house was gutted along with front and rear garden landscaping. Aspen was exceptional to work with from start to finish, very accommodating with some additional alterations which we decided to carry out during the build. We would highly recommend Aspen especially as no compromise was taken with our previous home.
I've been working with Saqib on a project on behalf of a client of his. I've found him an absolute delight to work throughout the process. He's been quick with communications and providing us with any information we need to move the project forward, which has made our lives a lot easier! We have enjoyed working with Aspen from the project start to the build finish of our new kitchen, utility and orangery extension. Our project incorporated lots of LED lighting (over 7000 individual LEDs in strips alone) and smart home technology for multi-room audio, TV, network and control, which we are very pleased with. The workmanship from their talented and multi-skilled team is impressive and does them great credit. So, we are very happy to recommend.
