CLIENT BRIEF:

To create a social focal point in the house that incorporated the kitchen, dining and lounge area, maximising on social spaces and natural light within the parameters. This was best achieved by adding a wraparound extension with new kitchen, utility & orangery to an existing 5-bedroom detached house.

LOCATION:

WORKS UNDERTAKEN:

We placed large rear sliding patios doors and four sky lights into the flat roof to allow natural light to flow through. Spaces created were new utility, new kitchen with a central cooking island along with an orangery, to create a chill out area with views of the sky and rear garden. Furthermore, an outdoor patio was added for al fresco dining.

We have enjoyed working with Aspen from the project start to the build finish of our new kitchen, utility, and orangery extension. Our project incorporated lots of LED lighting (over 7000 individual LEDs in strips alone) and smart home technology for multi-room audio, TV, network, and control, which we are very pleased with. The workmanship from their talented and multi-skilled team is impressive and does them great credit. So, we are very happy to recommend.
