CLIENT BRIEF:

To renovate entire 5-bedroom detached house. To create a modern, light, and airy feel, updating it throughout.

LOCATION:

WORKS UNDERTAKEN:

Strip out all the existing, kitchen, WC, flooring, bathrooms, bedrooms, new electrics, and new plumbing. Redo the old, tired kitchen, place new floors and complete internal renovations throughout.

Very prompt in replying providing a detailed and comprehensive quote. As we were overseas at the time we needed a firm that we could trust and that would actively project manage the work keeping us well informed. Saqib did an excellent job in this. Communicating to us fully at all times through WhatsApp, email, and video calls. At all stages photos and videos were taken of the work and sent to us so that we could see the progress.

At crucial points he gave us options as well as recommendations always willing to discuss and very open to all thoughts and ideas. Through COVID and other complications he drove the work hard, completing the project in the targeted timescales and to a high standard. He was always very friendly and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would thoroughly recommend Aspen and I will be using them for future renovations.
